Early Season Share
12 weeks of once-weekly vegetable distributions: 2nd week of June through end of August
Growing Season Share
24 weeks of once-weekly vegetable distributions: 2nd week of June through Thanksgiving
Late Season Share
12 weeks of once-weekly vegetable distributions: September through Thanksgiving
12 weeks of once-weekly vegetable distributions: 1st week of September to the week before Thanksgiving
Pick Your Own Share
Approximately 18 weeks of Pick-Your-Own crops for those who choose not to purchase an Early or Late Season Vegetable Share
Fresh cut PYO flowers beginning in mid-July and ending in the fall. Varieties include sunflowers, zinnias, snapdragons & more
Lamb & Goat Share
One-time distribution of ~15 lbs of pasture-raised Clark Farm lamb or goat meat individually packed and labeled
One-time distribution of pasture-raised Clark Farm pork. Half Share ~20 lbs; Full Share ~40 lbs
Mini Pork Share
12 pounds of our forest raised, organic fed pork. Assorted cuts. Boxed shares will be ready in the CSA room.
24 weeks of once-weekly distributions: 2nd week of June through Thanksgiving. Eggs come from pasture-raised hens.
Tree Fruit Share
The fruit share lasts 16 weeks, beginning the week of August 7th, from Cider Hill Farm, a diversified, IPM farm in Amesbury, MA.
There are 2 size shares: 8oz bag or 16 oz bag, for 24 weeks beginning in June or 12 weeks coinciding with our Early Season
Clark Farm collaborates with the Council on Aging as well as Carlisle Public School to help sponsor families to a CSA share.
Annual Pig Roast
